No broadband for over 12 days now - Fibre Nightmare!!!

So, to cut a long story short - beware the incompetent BT engineer who comes to do your fibre upgrade, and leaves you with nothing. Then beware said engineer marking the incomplete job as complete, leading to more delays before being able to report a fault. Then, beware plusnet's total disinterest in actually taking ownership of the situation to get it resolved. Finally, beware broken promises of phonecalls to keep me informed of what's going on.
Been a PN customer for a good number of years now, and this is the most angry I've been during that whole time. Thank crunchie for my iPhone whic means my iMac can share my phone's 3G connection to access the internet.

Beware as I am taking ownership and will keep you updates as frequently as I can, I'll only promise to give you a call if I know I'm able to do so too. I'm hoping to get this sorted as soon as I can and turn things around for you.

Agreed, to be honest though this was been worked on but I've taken hold of this issue as it did need an increased level of ownership.

Well, 12 days with no broadband and counting - this really is a joke.
It would have been quicker just to cancel my whole account - and sign up with another provider, I bet I would have gotten an engineers appointment then!!

There's still an issue with this I'm afraid dannykos.
I'm still on the case and fighting your corner, I'm sorry this is taking a few days to sort out but I am making this case a priority today and will continue to throw all I can at it.
