No Service

I was promised activation today on my broadband. It has not happened. I am trying to talk to an advisor on the chatline, been sitting in a queue for 25 minutes now.

I am tired of trying to get service from companies, once they have your money you have to fight what you have paid for.

Very disappointed in PlusNet, this is precisely the type of time wasting I was hoping to avoid.

@Kevin1342 - welcome to the forums.

Your ADSL service can activate any time up to midnight on the day you are advised it is due to start. If you still have no service tomorrow, post back here and hopefully of the CRT guys will pick it up and investigate for you.
