Hi Chris just an update,
BT engineer called out today and said he changed a few things around, He said before he was going that he tried to reset the SNR but said that you had one in progress so the internet will be slow and may take a few days (Friday) till you reset it on your side. He said when he closes the Job you should do it again.
Currently internet is 0.10mb - 0.21mb on the speedtest.
I wasn't sure if to post or not just incase you may double reset or something that might mess up things, but I really don't want to wait till Friday if not needed.

I've just checked on our internal systems and I should be able to complete an SNR Reset tomorrow for you. The reset that was done previously expires at midnight tonight.

No change in speed so far not sure if you did reset yet but still getting 0.1-0.2 download speed.

The router was reset 3hours 33mins ago it might have adjusted itself. Here's the router stats
