No Internet

Still no Internet after my account was activated I still have an orange/red light b sign

I'm afraid to say it looks like this is because we've messed up. The order's been cancelled by our suppliers at the very last minute and our system has incorrectly activated the account instead of spitting out a notification to say there's been a problem, and none of the agents that have looked at your account have done anything to rectify it properly. I'm very sorry about this.

 

I've placed the order and we'll keep an eye on it, and expedite it free of charge with the hopes of getting your service up for Tuesday. Leave it with me and I'll be back in touch tomorrow once everything's confrimed.
