No Internet connection for 3 days

Can anyone help I've had no wifi connection for 3 days. My router is set up an I have done all the checks that help and support suggest. It is connecting but no pages will load. Then it disconnects. Or is to slow to load the page

Can you please advise what router you're using? Also what lights are on/off on the router too please?
