No Internet connect and no dial tone, are these related ?

Hi,

 

I have suddenly had internet connection issues, broadband does not connect, at the same time, i cannot get a dial tone on my phone (phone still rings when I call it), could these 2 be related? I have contacted support and they have issued a question ticket.

Is there a way around this ? any help will be appreciated.

Hi there. I'm sorry to hear you've had problems with your service.

It looks like your connection sparked back into life on Sunday. Is your phone service working now too?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
