No Internet This Morning

Hi there, not sure if this is the correct place to report this but I had no internet access this morning.
The internet light was not lit on the router, tried a reset etc but no joy.  I'm in the PA12 area if that helps.
At work now, so not sure if it was a small problem that's now been fixed, but thought it best to let you know.

Hi there,
I've just run a few checks and can see that there is a known issue in your area at the moment which our suppliers are working on.
They've given an anticipated clear time of 2pm so drop us a reply again if you still have any problems beyond that.
