Since Tuesday evening around 7pm we lost our internet connection. Have tried all the troubleshooting guides and community posts online and nothing has made a difference. Looking on various websites it would seem that Plusnet have a national issue despite their website saying that everything is operating normally.
My mother is working from home in the pharmacutical industry and replies on this connection. She has tried calling multiple times today to just receive an automated message stating that calls are currently not being taken. This is understandable, however, who or what are we meant to do about getting this issue resolved?
If somebody could get back to me this would be much appreciated.
