No Direct Debit ??

My Broadband service started 9/9/07  ( the £14.99/month one) and I expected to see the first  Direct Debit on 9/10/07 but nothing has been debited. Could you check ??  My previous (Force 9) dial up account was an annual Visa debit on or around early November

Hi there,
I've looked into this one and it looks like the system thinks that your billing period is two months long.  The next billing date is set for November and the last one was in September, which is rather strange!
I'm going to ask someone in finance to have a look and see if they can see anything untoward.
