Hi Mark, really sorry to read about this situation and that you've had problems getting through to us.
I've updated the notes for Openreach to advise them that despite their work on this yesterday the line is still noisy. They're looking into this again for us so we'll be able to update you further on this soon.
It's very likely to be the case that the line fault will also be causing the issues with your connection too so both service should be resumed as soon as the fault has been fixed.
