No ATM activity detected on your DSL line

Hi,
This afternoon my connection went down and it hasnt come back up since then.
I've logged into my router and did a connectivity test and I get the error:
'No DSL activity detected on your DSL line', and 'PPP your connection is currently down'.
I've turned off the router and restarted, replugged every cable and the fault is still there. If you need anymore info to locate my account besides my registered email please let me know.

Hi Pearlie, welcome to the forum.
Is your phone line still working? Do you have dial-tone? I'd give them a ring on 0800-432-0200.
