Newbie with router problem

Hi all. Just set up router after moving over to Plusnet from BT.
Connection all seemed to go fine and able to use laptop and printer but my router is winking and blinking and flashing at me.
It is the WPS light and it's driving me nuts - is there an easy solution to this please?
