Maybe not now Josie but if you look at the attached photo I took of Neil Armstrong's presentation.....what?.....not yet.....ok Lips_are_sealed
Edit: Oh I don't care....here it is folks.

If only Neil was that basic at Powerpoint, it would make impressing him much easier 🙂

Re: New usage allowances

Well it is morning now (just)  Smiley ... and no word yet! Hmmm I reckon reading between the lines that all BBYW paid for allowances are going to be doubled. Which would be pretty darn good! So am I psychic?

Re: New usage allowances

Just received my email.  Really good news.....
Your product, PlusNet Broadband Your Way Option 3 (Monthly Contract), now
comes with a 30GB usage allowance. Your old usage allowance was 20GB,
meaning you can enjoy more of what the web has to offer. Of course nobody
likes to pay more, so the price will stay at £19.99 a month.
This usage increase will be applied to your account immediately, so you
can enjoy your increased usage allowance straight away.

Re: New usage allowances

Can't wait to see what the changes are to the other BBYW products.  As a relatively light daytime  user once my twelve month contract period has ended it may pay me to move to BBYW Option 2 dependant on the change to the peak time user allowance on that package.

Re: New usage allowances

For those who can't wait any longer....
Option 1 / £9.99 / 1GB / Standard
Option 2 / £14.99 / 15GB / Standard
Option 3 / £19.99 / 30GB / Standard
Pro / £19.99 / 15GB / Pro
Max Premium (up to 832Kbs upload) remains an optional extra at £8/month on top of those figures.
Option 4 has yet to be decided on (not many people actually on it!) and for now remains as is as far as I know. It is very likely to disappear from the options available.
The margins on option 1 are so tight that it was not possible to increase it - PUG did try to get it increased though.

Re: New usage allowances

Thanks Peter.  I'm pretty sure with my peak time usage that Option 2 would be the package for me.  Have to wait until August though before I can consider it, due to the option of taking a free router when I switched from Premier to BBYW Option 3.
