New today - setup TG582n fixed ip

Had problem getting on to settings for TG582n. Have now finally got on it by changing PC to DHCP but cannot find any menus anywhere to change it to fixed IP and set up DHCP range to 250 - 255 as per my old LAN set up. How do I do this?

Found it under Home Network - Interfaces etc. Took a few restarts to get it all sorted. Found pdf from NZ that helped.
