Just transferred from BT to plusnet. Have to congratulate plusnet on a great service so far. Everything was transferred and working when they said it would be, plenty of texts and emails keeping me up-to date. Hope this carries on for the rest of the contract. Shocking service from BT charging me 65p because I terminated one day early (I got the date wrong) after being with with them for two and half years and then trying to charge me £20 for the hub. And the broadband connection is faster with plusnet. Well done.
