1. I have ordered internet on 16th Nov. Everyday morning it is extremely slow even can't open Plusnet website.
2. I have switched internet though broadbandchoice.co.uk on 2nd Nov however no email about the reward card even though the legitimate advertisement on Plusnet website while ordering it. I assume other customer also faced the similar issue.
3. Since last 2 days I am trying to call customer service but no response even after 30 mins staying on call.
