New router not starting up

Im a brand new plusnet customer - i have just had my router installed, the engineer told me it would be working in 10 minutes, but its been over an hour and im still seeing a red light strip, and a red "b" shaped light - I have tried restarting etc

Try a reset. Keep the reset pin pushed till you see orange and then release.
