New residential & existing businees get a better deal

I was wondering why the deals available to new residential customers and also to existing business customers is better than those offered to existing personal customers

new residential = £0.00
existing business = £1.00 (£1.20 inc VAT)

existing residential = well its not as good as mentioned above

Why don't existing residential customers get equally as good deals?

Simply put, most existing customer have already had extremely deep offers. Unfortunately we can't offer these all the time as it's not feasible.

And there must be a cut off point for that. Even long term cash cows get restless.
