every speed test i do i get 46-49mb now

70.8 Mb
this has dropped as well from 76mb to 70
i use to get 76mb in speed test before

That'd definitely be something we should raise to our suppliers for investigation, if you could run through the faults wizard at http://faults.plus.net once the questions have been answered it'll raise a ticket through to our faults team and we'll get it reported for you.
