my speed has dropped by 30mb
every speed test i do i get 46-49mb now

That'd definitely be something we should raise to our suppliers for investigation, if you could run through the faults wizard at http://faults.plus.net once the questions have been answered it'll raise a ticket through to our faults team and we'll get it reported for you.

I just found the fault i have power save extension plug so the router and modem was switching off. Now my speed is 34mb
is there anyway you can bump it back up i changed the socket for the modem and router

Should do, yes, but there's always things that get in the way of that. I'd expect things to uplift now the router and modem have stopped switching off but wouldn't like to offer any guarantees on what speeds you'll get. They should of course be around the line estimate.

i just done a speed test and it is at 40mb now

Yes, that's because the DLM has lowered the line rate because it saw what it thought were fault related drops in connection. Now those have stopped and things have stabilised it should start upping the speed, though that won't be instant.

Had a engineer booked today 8am to 1pm no show so far going to wait till 2 and give plus net a call i toke a day off from work.
