New installation - red internet light
I'm having no luck in getting online with my new router. I've reset it twice but the internet light is constantly on red. I can't get through on the phone. Please will someone at Plus.net help?

Are you using a PlusNet Hub One?
Have PlusNet confirmed your service should be active now?
If so, try disconnecting everything from your line and see if the router performs any better from your master socket.
