New flat move in

Hi there,

I've moved in the new flat today(13/10/2021)

 

I've called Plusnet a couple of days ago and inform them of me moving into the new flat.

They said I can use my broadband from moving in day (13/10/2021) but it doesn't work.

 

Can you give me a solution please?

Thanks for your post @paksangk and welcome to our Community Forums.

I'm sorry to see your broadband doesn't work in your new flat.

I've checked this for you and as there's an active line already there with another provider, we'll have to take it over in order to activate our service and I'm afraid these type of orders take at least 10 working days which can't be sped up in any way.

I can see we've confirmed your activation date to be the 25th October on the ticket Here we're monitoring.
