Re: New fibre install

Cheers Adam, will do Smiley
Any idea how long I should expect to wait to hear back? IE How long should it take for the next tests to be done?
Thanks

Re: New fibre install

Ideally we should see something back well within the next 24 hours however we do have to allow up to this time for the supplier to complete everything and make the details available. Once they've done this, our support team should drop an update surrounding the outcome to the ticket so we can explain the next steps.

Re: New fibre install

Adam, I know it's nowhere near 24 hours yet, but just thought I'd see if you guys had anything back before everyone disappears for the weekend Wink

Re: New fibre install

Adam, when you get a second was wondering if I could get a copy of my latest radium graph to check for dropouts, and also an up to date screenshot of the line stats that Chris posted earlier so I can compare between before engineer visit and after?
Thanks

Re: New fibre install

Could someone have a look at my ticket please? Just put an update on there, not sure where we go next.
Basically the OR guy spent 2 hours trying to work out where the issue was, line showed no faults but he agreed there is an issue on the d-side but he cant investigate it, mentioned a BOOST engineer might be able to trace back to the cab and replaace old cabling / joints, is this something plusnet could arrange? And would it be of any cost to me?
Thanks
