Any idea how long I should expect to wait to hear back? IE How long should it take for the next tests to be done?

Basically the OR guy spent 2 hours trying to work out where the issue was, line showed no faults but he agreed there is an issue on the d-side but he cant investigate it, mentioned a BOOST engineer might be able to trace back to the cab and replaace old cabling / joints, is this something plusnet could arrange? And would it be of any cost to me?
