Hi,
Engineer came to install my Plusnet Unlimited Fibre 80/20 broadband on 26/2/14.
After installation, my voice phone no longer worked (no dial tone) and wired Internet speeds were 7.5 Mbps.
The estimated line speed given by Plusnet is 69Mbps and the Huawei green cabinet is a short 1 minute walk away from me.
Reported the fault on 27/2/14 and this was fixed this morning. It appears that the original engineer did not wire up the cabinet correctly.
Running a BT Speedtest now shows an IP Profile of 38.72/20. Presumably it had been set to this due to the initial faulty install causing a low sync speed.
Now that the fault has been fixed, please can you update my IP profile to what it should be, 80/20.
Many thanks in advance

Hi Captain,
Really sorry about the problems you've had here. Could you complete the Fault Checker at http://faults.plus.net so we can investigate an issue with your FTTC Speeds from a broadband perspective?

We've found a fault already, we'll have an engineer go out to your locality within 24-48 working hours - no access to your property is required at this stage.
