New fibre install, was 76mb then dropped to 3mb :/

Hi, I've just had a fab upgrade from 3mb ADSL to 76mb fibre this morning, all was well and stable at 76mb until I popped out for lunch, I noticed the power had been off in the house briefly and now my new connection is stuck at 3mb.....what can be done to rectify this please?

I will lay odds that the profile on Plusnet has updated or backdated to the ADSL number

Jim hit the nail on the head.
I've corrected it now so if you reboot the router you should be back up to speed again.
