New customer not having broadband activated

Hi there,
We had the line activated on the 12th and were told that the broadband will go live on the 20th, checked the status of my order and it's stuck at "Checking your line". Can anyone check on this please ?

Hi sbpuser,
I'm sorry to hear that the order tracker has been stuck on your side. I've just taken a look at the order and this did indeed complete on the 20th however we don't seem to have been updated on this to activate your account. As such I have pushed your account active and provided you with a refund for 3 days of service where the order was complete but the account hadn't gone line.
Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused for you.

Hi sbpuser,
It doesn't appear that a router was selected at the point of sign up which is why this wasn't sent however, i have now ordered this for you and waived the delivery charge for you. It should be with you in the next 2-3 working days.
