Hello
I first signed up on the 23/07/15 and had to wait for 2 engineers, the work wasn't completed until 26/08/15. The phone is working, the broadband light is solid green but the Internet light is still red.
I was advised on the 07/09/15 the connection would be completed on the 08/09/15. It's now the 10/09/15 and we have had no confirmation and are still waiting.
I am aware of the current situation, but would like to know when we will be connected to the network.
