New customer/broadband not activated

hello,
I switched from Sky. Broadband only(nophone, TV) before and after. Last evening I received SMS saying broadband is live. I unplugged Sky router and microfilter and plug Plusnet ones to the master socket. Turn on and wait. The Broadband light is always flashing even after several reboots .
Can you help?
I don't have a fixed phone set at home. I am away on the day for work.

Sorry to hear you're having issues getting online.

We've tried to test your line however it's saying that you're currently on the phone which is preventing us from investigating further.

Can you confirm if you're on the phone at the moment?

Hi,
It was connected to Plusnet router. I have now unplugged the line from the master socket. So that the line should not be busy. Could you test again? Thanks.

Hi Plusnet team, Could you look at my issue please? It is supposed to be up running two days ago. I have unplugged the router.
