Hi,
My mother in law wants to change her isp (to TalkTalk!) , I'd I'll most likely be pointing her this way. She's not very tech-savvy, so will be relying on me to sort everything out. My main question is whether the supplied router is pre-setup, so that she can just plug it in on the first day without any need for interaction, or if plusnet provide some kind of 'easy setup' cd? And how 'easy' that might be? I've always provided/setup my own equipment so don't know how it comes, and seeing as she lives ~200 miles away I'm not keen on travelling to get it working.
Cheers,
Dave

Hi Dave,
We don't pre-set up routers or provide a CD (you'll find ISPs don't tend to do those nowadays) However our routers are intended to set themselves up, if connected up as per the instructions provided (i.e connecting the right cables in the right places) it should connect to the net automatically within about 15 minutes.
Just let me know if you've got any other questions for us.
