Hi there,
I purchased a third party router as Plusnet told me my internal equipment could be the cause of the problem with the upsync speed. I'm using TP-LINK Archer D2.
I enter all of the details but I can't seem to get the internet access. All of the lights light up on the router but no internet access.
Broadband Username/Login name username@plusdsl.net
Connection Type / Encapsulation PPPoA /PPP over ATM
Password The password you use to log in to this website
Virtual Path Identifier (VPI) 0
Virtual Channel Identifier (VCI) 38
Multiplexing method VC Based / VCMUX / VC-Multiplexing
I enter all of the details and everything is connected. It can't seem to find the DNS, IP or gateway. When I click "setup automatically" it finds PPPoe..... Every connects the internet lights up but still no internet access.
This is really frustrating!

Does the router diagnostics page show and xDSL statistics?
Have you re-used the RJ11 lead from your old router? If so, try the one that came with the TP-Link.
