My sister is moving into a flat and looking at taking the option 2 home phone and broadband package, currently the property has a telephone line running into it but it isn't active.
I know Plusnet need a telephone number for new sign ups but I remember reading in the forum Plusnet putting through a manual line activation; does anyone know if this is something Plusnet will do again?
Thanks

Hi there,
We will do this, however the installation fee of £105 must be paid in order for us to place the order.
Your sister would need to sign up a free dial up account, with card details on, and would then need to raise a ticket asking for the relevant Home Phone and broadband products.
There's a fair amount of manual intervention our side required to make sure things go well, but feel free to mark the ticket for my attention and we'll get things going for you.
