http://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk/binaries/consultations/wholesale-broadband-markets/summary/WBA_cond...
The relevant part is the proposed change in Market Classification

•    Market 1: exchanges where only BT is present (11.7% of premises);
•    Market 2: exchanges where two POs are present or forecast and where three POs are present or forecast but where BT’s share is greater than or
equal to 50 per cent (10.0% of premises);
•    Market 3: exchanges where four or more POs are present or forecast and exchanges where three POs are present or forecast but where BT’s share is less than 50 per cent (77.6% of premises).
at the end of the document is a listing (Appendix 1) of the exchanges as they would be if this is accepted - pages 49 to 61

Re: New OFCOM consultation

Thanks for that link oldjim, I'm reading it just now, though it's a bit dull.
