New Firmware for TG582n Technicolour router

Anyone know how i can get the new firmware? Am on 8.4.4.j?

If you're using win7 - win10 you will need the windows7 update tool, configure the file to win7 compatible mode.

Do i need to connect via ethernet to do this?

BUT this is the 4th thread you've started on your issue, 3 of the threads were merged here.
Did you not PM Chris as advised in the thread? He had a couple of days off but was on yesterday, so could have responded to you.
Can't understand why you've started yet another thread, it just causes confusion.

Shame, he must have missed it, well if you succeed to do it yourself, you can PM him again to let him know. He ought to be around tomorrow sometime, but who knows.

It seems Chris has not been on today. Did you manage or attempt to do the upgrade yourself? If not we could try and get Plusnet to do it tomorrow?

Sorry, I've been off for the last week. I'll push the new firmware down shortly, the router will reboot and can take 5-10 minutes to update so please do not reboot the router while this is happening.
