New Fibre install - speed limited?

Hi
Just had the unlimited fibre service switched on today. I'm getting a download speed of 20Mb and upload of 18Mb. The BTW Performance test shows 'max achievable speed of 68.59Mb.
The Plusnet member centre shows line speed of 21Mb. Will this increase itself or is there a problem?

Sorry for the confusion there, it's a known issue that we've fixed and are still doing some clean up work for.
I can see you've just called in and we fixed it for you.
Let me know if you have any other concerns.

Thanks. The line speed is now 68Mb. I did a speed test earlier and was getting about 66Mb download but now it's about 1Mb. I realise it's a busy time of the evening but should it drop this low?
....a reboot of the Technicolor router seems to have put the speeds back up again (getting 63Mb now). Hope it stays this way.

Glad to see that your speeds are now as they should be.
Not sure if it's definitely related but if you do see your speeds drop this low at a peak time it might be worth looking at <a href="http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,111170.0.html">this</a>.
