Re: New Fibre Install. Went Well, But............

I can't remember who was to blame to be honest, was a bit annoyed so just listened when t was explained that a request is intiated on the Plusnet system, and should then be picked up by Openreach. There are some excellent suggestions within that thread.

Re: New Fibre Install. Went Well, But............

Well Openreach engineer, has come and gone. Carried out checks on his JDSU and they all passed. He then went off and and checked a few joins on the cable run, and said that he re-terminated some and had got a few errors down. Net result = not much difference. He reckons that for the line length that what I am getting is pretty good. I have included the latest wired speed test results. I note that the IP profile has risen slightly. Can a PN staff member take a look and decide what the next step is? Many thanks.

I know that you have passed the fault back to Openreach, but from going from a estimate of 47Mb/s, to having 25Mb/s and now down to 22Mb/s is very dissapointing, please can you advise what the next course of action is.
