I had Plusnet Fibre installed on Wednesday (9/11/2011) morning, and for day 1 was getting download speeds up to 36 Mbps. Plusnet line speed reported as 37 Mbps.
Then a few hours of Plusnet line speed at 2 Mbps (with download speeds around 1.9 Mbps)
Since then, Plusnet line speed of 21 Mbps (download speeds around 19 Mbps).
The BT IP Profile as reported by the BT speedtest site has sat always at 38717 throughout the whole period (which I understand is the highest it can go). I am about 300m from the fibre cabinet. Engineer said the measured line speed was 40 down / 2 up, which was good news.
How long does it take for Plusnet to increase its line speed back to 37Mbps? Do I need to call them?
