New Customer dropping internet

I went live yesterday. My internet connection hangs frequently. I have been told its a stabilisation issues. Issue occurs even if I am connected directly to the router with a cable to my laptop
Get a very strange thing that sometimes google will work, but twitter.com will not work. Also when I try and access the router on I need to try the same router password 2/3 times before I get in, but been told that this is unconnected to the issue. I have got apple tv on one of the ethernet out on the router, but not sure that would effect anything,
I was with sky before so not sure if the switchover takes longer for stability as the broadband is now from effectively BT.
I was thinking of getting another router to test it. All the pulsate router lights are green!
Any advice, or just wait 10 days. Sad

These are the connections that we see for you over the last few days. They could be better but are acceptable, but I don't think this is down to the stablisation period. First and foremost, could you please provide a a BT Speedtester via a wired connection. This may give us a little further information.

Your stats could be a little better. Is it possible you could try another router as this would certainly help to identify the problem before we go further.
