Hi, Received confirmation mails overnight that my switch to PlusNet had completed and I could set up my router.
There is no internet lit after 15 minutes - it eventually turns red after a very long time.
Broadband light is green as is wifi. Phone has a dial tone.
I can't get through to customer services on the phone, so can someone help get the internet working?
I have used the reset button a couple of times with no joy.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Welcome to the forums, @Nathancooke . If you received the 'go live' emails overnight, it could take up to midnight TODAY for all the automatic configurations to complete. If you still have problems tomorrow report back.
It would also be good to know if you can connect tomorrow.
It was a config issue with the wrong authentication details in the router. All sorted and online.
