New Broadband No Modem

Well my broadband went live today but my modem has still not arrived. Can anyone help me here please.

Is that ADSLx or fibre?
I assume ADSLx, in which case if you had broadband with another supplier beforehand then your existing kit should work, given the username and password.

I am aware that my old modem will work thanks. I am just wondering where my modem has gone and when I will get it.

calling PN they might be able to tell you when / if your router was posted out otherwise a member of the forums team should pick it up tomorrow
