Netgear XE102 and Access point WGX102 v2 with Plusnet's Technicolour Router

I have just upgraded to fibre to the box [FTTP] broadband. My Netgear WGX102 v2 [x3] wireless and XE102 LAN [x2] extenters connect to the router but internet access is denied me.
I shall be grateful for advice on how to get these wallplug devices to work for me.
Thanking you in anticipation,
Howard

Re: Netgear XE102 and Access point WGX102 v2 with Plusnet's Technicolour Router

Have you configured the LAN IP address of the WGX102 to match the subnet of the PlusNet router. Its default is 192.168.1.x so the WGX102  needs an address in the same subnet. I would suggest 192.168.1.63 as that is outside the default DHCP range for the PlusNet router.
