Netgear N600 DGND3700V2

anyone using this (particularly interested in the V2) on PN and have any experiences to report.
I understand the V1 had some connectivity issues with some ADSL lines so will try to get a V2 but am also interested in experiences with the V1 in case I can pick up one of those cheap.
Thanks

Re: Netgear N600 DGND3700V2

I had a V1 and it was a disaster. After a couple weeks use it would disconnect my broadband (at best every few days, at worst several times a day) and the only way to reconnect was to reboot the router.  It played havoc with my DLM.
Netgear offered beta versions of firmware updates but to no avail.  Netgear tech support then went quiet for a few months, during which I returned my router for a refund.  Netgear later came back with an offer of a v2 but too late, I had replaced the 3700 with the PN router 582n, a gigabit switch and a WD Mybooklive for the same cost and better reliability.

PS haven't we had this discussion before?
PPS. I have found it, we were discussing the 582n reliability before I bought the Netgear.  As you can see, I reverted to my 582n.

The Netgear 3700 forum doesn't look that promising

But I guess you have already been through that lot, I haven't looked at it since I dumped mine in April.
