Need broadband support

Please check my line. It’s down ton1.8mbps

I’ve tried contacting support via chat and phone but I get dropped from the queue or the phone hangs up on me. I have static over my dial tone.

If you have noise on your phone line then that needs sorting first, raise it with your phone provider,

Phone line checker cones back ok. My broadband speed is down by 90%. What next.

You'll need to ring the support number to report that you have noise in your phone line.

Sorry to see there's an issue, I'm sure we can get this sorted. 

 

Line tests confirm an issue but don't show an obvious cause, that just means we'll need to arrange an engineer visit.
