Need Line Reset

My connection has recovered but still experiencing slow throughput.
Exchange status is green, but have a high NM of 15.5 due to disconnections.
BT Profile 6000Kbps, PN 6500Kbps

Both BT & PN profiles are on 5500k at the moment. What's it like today?

A lot better than yesterday thank you, had one blip last night which upped my NM to 17.5 normally it stays around 11?.
Would it be possible to reset?
