Quote from: nozzer Happened last year as well! haha
It's happened three times previously!
We've an internal problem raised to address the issue but I'm not sure what's gone wrong here as I put the wheels in motion back on the 21st December to make sure this didn't happen! I was assured last week that the license key had been updated but the evidence today/yesterday would suggest otherwise

Quote from: Kelly Bill was paid, licence received and as far as I knew, was deployed to the servers!
the emoticon on the end said it all - as far as he was concerned all that should have been done had been done and therefore he was somewhat confused as to what had happened.

Yeah, my Service guys picked up the expiry in December, arranged for the new cert, got it paid and the license key passed over to the devs. The devs put it on the servers last week.
However, it turns out there was a problem with our documentation on the file layout of that server and a duplicated key file, so we ended up updating the wrong file. We've removed it and updated the documentation so that it doesn't happen again.
Really quite frustrating.
