Have opened a ticket (105521085 - for any member of the CRT looking at this)... Have raised a phone fault - as there is noise on the line which appears to coincide with the broadband drops.
Hopefully another engineer will help... 😞

Interesting...
BB has been - to be honest - perfectly stable over the past couple of days. Any downtime has been self induced - moving bits around and (to cap it all) a power cut last evening.... which really upset my stats... 😞
Telephone line has also been quiet...
Obviously the SNR target is still at 12dB so not ideal - but I have not seen any significant fluctuations on the RS graphs. Could it be a coincidence that our next door neighbours' washing machine packed up at the weekend... 🙂 Still doesn't explain the shwooshy line though... 😞

Engineer booked for Monday... now - any ideas what to say to encourage them to actually check the line for intermittent connections rather than just say "looks fine to me Guv..."
