My broadband has been extremely slow the last three days in which I am struggling to send an email! The speed is 0.48 and I did all the checks and tests and all works fine. Can you please check if all looks good from your side?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your connection.
It looks like your speeds have been restricted due to drops on your connection.
We've tested your line and we can't see a cause for this so I've reset your line which should increase your speeds.
If you continue to have issues we'd recommend raising a fault here and posting back so we can take a further look
