My broadband order phase

I ordered Plusnet broadband service  last Tuesday, but from the order tracker I can see that it is still at the phase 'Checking your details'.  With this speed I really worry when i can get access to the internet at home.

You shouldn't have to wait much longer!  We placed an order for you on the 20th of this month and it is due to be completed by the end of today.
