Hello
So here's the problem. I am able to connect to Xbox Live when I first turn on my Xbox without any problems. If I test the connection it doesn't find any problems. I tried playing Halo 4 yesterday, I connected to a game fine and managed to play for about 5 minutes. Then I got disconnected from the game. Since then everytime I try to enter a lobby I get disconnected from Xbox Live.
I then tried Far Cry 3 and again I was unable to connect to Xbox Live to play multiplayer. Everytime I try to enter a lobby I get a message saying I have been disconnected from Xbox Live. The red light comes on solid on the broadband indicator on the router. I lose all connection to the internet on all devices connected to it (phone, laptop, etc). After about 10 seconds the connection is returned. If I go back on the Xbox dashboard I am able to connect to Xbox Live without problems. I can do things like browse the marketplace. But whenever I try to access a multiplayer lobby the same thing happens.
On Halo 4 when I first load it up, it tells me my Nat type is open. However when I try to connect to a lobby it will usually change status and tell me its Moderate before disconnecting me,
I am not having this issue on PSN. I played a session of Modern Warfare 3 earlier with no problems whatsoever. Having checked online there are no reports of Xbox Live issues so it seems to be just me having issues. I haven't been a live subscriber for a good few months so this is the first time in a while I have tried to play online on the Xbox.
Any advice is appreciated. I have tried enabling game mode on the router settings and adding xbox live to the ethernet port but neither has achieved anything.
Thanks!

Oh and I totally forgot to mention I have the Technicolor Router! I used to have the Thompson one and never had issues with gaming on xbox live with that one. I dont think I have done any online gaming on Xbox Live with the new router I have.

Hi there,
Looking at your connection logs:
<img src="http://ccgi.psmith12.plus.com/visradius/generated/image13679432375494.png"/>
There's a fair few drops showing on there. If those only happen whilst you're gaming it could be electrical interference - is the xbox next to the router? If so does moving the power supply away help at all?
If it's not only when you're gaming then it begins to look like a line fault (or possibly a faulty router, though I'm not really convinced that's the case here) and should be reported to us via the online faults wizard at http://faults.plus.net.
Please do check to see if (assuming they're close together) moving the console's power supply away from the router and/or ethernet cables helps though.
