In the past you have been able to sort this speed problem
Achieved speed much lower than profile.
Looking at profile speed I would have thought it should be higher any how

Hi Broadmar,
I've just changed your speed profile on our side to 4100Kbps so you should see it pick up a little shortly. I am surprised your speed is not greater though. I've just checked your line and I see that your attenuation is 37dB and although your downstream SNR is 6dB your sync speed is only 4723.
How is your kit set up?
Are you using extension sockets/cables?
What router are you using?
Do you have a test socket that you could plug into?
