Hey,
I've contacted Plusnet quite a while back asking you to close my account as i've moved property, you've taken a cancellation fee and the account should have been closed on the 7th of august, but now i'm being billed for the 24th, what gives?
Don't really have the time to waste an hour on phone calls this morning, really wouldn't recommend Plusnet to anyone after my experiences over the past year.
