Moving house - Advice needed

Hi
We're going to be moving at the end of the month (hopefully).
When we first signed up, I asked what would happen to our connection if we moved. I was told that PN would arrange for it to be moved at no further cost.
Is this still the case?
How long does it take?
How much notice do we need to give in order to get it moved?

Is anyone going to answer this?
With the deferred fee's being scrapped after 12 months policy change and other goalposts that keep moving, would someone PLEASE tell me where we stand with our BB connection when we move?

If you login to the portal, go to Help & Support and click House Move Guide under Customer Service the information displayed may be helpful.
Clicking the Move My ADSL link on the page takes you into the House Move tool which provides at least some of the information you are seeking.

The cost of a house move is either to pay £40 up front or defer this for 12 months, you can find more information on the process of how to move house here.
